Sure. Alcohol (beer and wine, at least) should be made available anywhere it's wanted. Grain of salt, though; I think passengers ought to be able to drink in a vehicle if they like, as well.
For what it costs for a pop and some popcorn, I can only imagine what they would charge for a beer!

Churches, yes, movie theaters is a resounding no.
When I was in college at NDSU in the 80s there was a bar in Moorhead that showed movies. Or maybe it was a theater that served drinks. At any rate, it was a fun hangout.
