"BUT when elected leaders take a oath to the American people, yet lead them into a very costly war under false pretenses or LIES...all the other liars pale in comparison."

IN other words, "those people's" lies are so much more egregious while your side's lies really aren't so bad, if they even exist at all. ONce again, you are another blind partisan who can't see beyond your pretend left/right dichotomy.

I tried a real tree two years ago and it was nice. Took a bit of upkeep and a lot of cleanup. Used my old fake tree last year but apparently it couldn't support a cat in the branches. Got a fake one this year that is metal underneath the fake needles. Standing up to the cat so far. I think I'll have to try real again....sigh

Yeah, way to go with your blatent, blindly non-thinking and uncritical commitment to stark partisanship. You are part of the problem.

Yes. The same could be said about the entire Republican Party -- which Bobby Jindal dubbed "The Party of Stupid."

That could be said for more than just those two...

There are tree farms all over this country (even in North Dakota). They replant after each season and usually the old trees make it to the lake for the habitat.Dont try to make it sound like they are stripping the land like the oil industry is doing.Pricey, yes, but well worth it .

"FIX IT NOW!" screeched the MDN editors about the health care website.

"We all know what happened when the site went live Oct. 1. It was quickly overwhelmed and crashed, and major problems persist!" the MDN barked.

The entire Obama administration was indicted over the glitches in the ACA website.

But when their own website goes down for three days, the smart-mouths at the Minot Daily News don't have a single word to say.

Waiting on school bond vote. If it's passed, then I'll have to go without a tree, as I have to save up to pay more taxes. If it's voted down and sent to the state for funding, then I'll put the tree up, celebrate the birth of Christ and celebrate the future of our children. Vote NO.
