There has been some heavy fog about 2 weeks ago, so there will be snow in about a month or two, maybe less. It might snow some before then, though. It might even rain again before it snows.

It should snow sometime in November is the best guess, anybody's guess is as good as somebody who knows, nobody knows, so it is a guessing game. December 24 would help the Christmas spirit, so December 24, 2013, it will snow. A good a guess as any, best one yet.

If northwest ND includes Cuba, a good answer would be never.
