Maybe Trinity should either repair all of their buildings or sell them!

downtown died out in the late 70s...there is and never will be enough square footage for retail or parking in a few city blocks...not to say it doesn't serve a purpose for apartments and specialty shops.

Either downtown updates now as it can, or it very slowly gets up to speed, behind in the pace. It's a growing city, an invigourated public service sector, etc. Anyway, any development to downtown adds more character to Minot than any ten Wal-marts might do.
