If the summer is any indication of precipitation this winter we are in for a real winter again,unlike the caveat of 2011/2012...get yourself a good shovel or snow thrower,and don't forget the flood insurance around February if you live in the valley....I see the mouse is quite high lately,they must be lowering the dams up north in advance.
