First of all, willgrr, thanks for keeping the quote straight. That means ever so much.

"...and I'm still waiting............"

You should just as vigorously police that 0.1% that you disagree with in posts from all your liberal friends, as you do the 99.9% (or is it 100%) of the conservative posts you disagree with.

Otherwise, aren't you tainted with their "association" like you try to imply that I am?

What's good for the conservative goose is good for the liberal gander...

It's not news that this entire state has a drinking problem. Most of the "first family of North Dakota" died in drunk driving accidents.

This one concerned elements of Pres. Bush's past. Fair enough.

I watched the PBS documentary about both presidential candidates last year, Pres. Obama and Gov. Romney. Details of both men's pasts were shown. Very interesting stuff.

I didn't know what a "choom gang" was until I saw the documentary. That's fair enough too.

Obama administration using housing department to compel diversity in neighborhoods. In a move some claim is tantamount to social engineering, the Department of Housing and Urban Development is imposing a new rule that would allow the feds to track diversity in America’s neighborhoods and then push policies to change those it deems discriminatory.

The policy is called, "Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing." It will require HUD to gather data on segregation and discrimination in every single neighborhood and try to remedy it.

HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan unveiled the federal rule at the NAACP convention in July.

This story broke a few wks back which I posted and now is back in the news cause of little o's speech yesterday

71 percent say Obama’s offering nothing new on economy. President Obama has launched a series of speeches seen as a pivot back to the economy, but voters aren’t impressed.

In addition, 52 percent of voters disapprove of the job Obama is doing -- matching his previous record high disapproval in September 2010. His approval rating also takes a hit this week: 42 percent approve, down from 46 percent at the end of last month (July 21-23, 2013).

Approval of Obama’s job performance has been below 50 percent since October 2012, when 51 percent approved and 46 percent disapproved.
