If you think that racism has decreased or disappeared from these states, you are sadly mistaken. The voter suppression laws being enacted by Republicans is a form of racism to keep minorities from voting. You want to see racism, head south or better yet, stay here. It is out there and the supreme court ruling is a cruel joke.

What type of reading comprehension do you have, hypocrite Dusty? Remedial?? He {veritas} clearly stated the Roberts and others on the court are judging cases based on political beliefs rather than constitutional law. The behavior of the conservative court members has demeaned the value of the courts decisions. We have Thomas and Alieto both socializing with extreme conservatives and accepting favors from them. we have Roberts making a decision in this case with little or no basis as he did with the "corporations are people too" decision. When have seen continued racism in the gerimandering of voting rules and districts. A prime example is Texas where they are reducing the voting places and assigning them disproportionately on a minority basis. The white (mainly Republican) district serves around 6000 people while the minority {mainly democratic} district serves 67,000 people. Thus, not providing equal access and representation.

"The behavior of the conservative court members has demeaned the value of the courts decisions."

This is not a statement from a centrist, but from a farandawayleftist. Let's do a little fill-in-the-blank...

"The behavior of the (liberal) court members has demeaned the value of the courts decisions."

Now that's better...for the other side, of course.
