925,000 to buy out this contract. how much do "we" have invested in the last 3-4 people that were hired for this job? i sure hope the board finds someone they like before the oil boom ends. luckily (for the taxmasters), ward county property taxes are going to soar again so they'll have more cash for the next buyout.

Do you agree with prejudice, racism and irrational fear of non-whites?

Yes I agree he had to go! But this policy the elites have where you get paid big money not to do your job is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of!! Where in the world do people get paid their wages for failure? Other than in U.S. political arena!! This goes on every day with these people, when do we stand up and say enough is enough, when we are all homeless and starving, so these IDIOTS can continue to play these games? The board of stupider ED should be made to pay this money out of their pockets, see how they like it then!!!

"Do you agree with prejudice, racism and irrational fear of non-whites?"

Always have to go right for the silly, predictable assumptions, don't you? Open your eyes and actually think critically about this situation instead of spouting off like a small child.

You want to end up like OldDog? He did the same things too...and we all know how THAT turned out...

matt, don't believe everything you hear. Much of the noise was propaganda set forth by NDSU and a bunch of insolent adults.

"Poeticjustice, I mean, Namexxx"

Isn't it funny the way people get the banhammer around here all the time, but the bans never stick because they just resurrect themselves under a different username? Remember "OldDog"...who then became "fireglow" and several other names thereafter?

I swear, I have the longest-running username on this site only because I've not been banned.

Curious - those of you supporting the mondster. Have you worked with him on a daily basis? Have you witnessed him screaming at a cowowker in the hallway as she cried? And those open meetings violations - those dinner meetings were absolutely intentionally kept secret. The policies he pushed through without so much as a brief discussion from those it would affect (presidents, campuses in general) were written in a way that gives him, the chancellor, even more power and believe me, if you don't not "yes sir" him, you will find yourself in a very difficult situation and/or fired, or "reassigned." And now, when the board finally pulled its head out of its collective backside and took action to send him packing, he goes on a media blitz to portray himself the victim here. If I wasn't living this, I'd question it too. However, my point really is, I dislike this chancellor for so many reasons, none of them being for his heritage, his faith, his "bold vision" - n
