Do you think President Obama is personally behind his administration's efforts to silence the opposition through IRS investigations and obtaining the AP's records?

  1. Yes
  2. No
  3. Too soon to say
  4. We'll never know

I wonder if the President was a Republican if we would be having this discussion? The Republican Party (also known as the party of no) isn't concerned about helping the country, but are more concerned with restricting this administration from getting anything done for the country. This is just a sad state of affairs that the Republicans and the Tea Party has put this country in.

Yes, dusty, and I have a problem with your first three false assumptions. Don't you ever research anything before you shoot your mouth off. Go somewhere else to get your information sometime. Your blogs are such a crock of lies it is amazing you know your own name.

vietnamvet69, of course there would be this discussion if Bush were President. Slowing socialism is not necessarily a bad thing!

I smell a cover up..impeachment on the near horizon....nuremburg style trials for the war criminals of the past administration as well...lets get this country back to the great society it once was....send em all back to the gutter they crawled out of.

One thing that we can all count on, Dusty will take three to four or more blogs to try to justify his unsubstantiated claims. Oh, make that two things. As you bloviate, Dusty, you will bring other things up to CYA. I never said anything about Clinton. Again, you state that there was an apology, NOT. Actually, the military told the military to stand down. Get the facts and not fox. I also believe the head guy at the IRS was appointed by Bush? Not? As to the AP, you need to research that better as they are investigating possible treasonous acts from a year ago. But, don't let facts get in your way. You never have.

Of course he is. He has been out to "kill" off the Republican party since before he took office. His plan is to destroy the party and America. There has never been so much corruption in any administration as the Obama administration.

He has waged war on any one who does not follow him. He is out to get people..plain and clear.. After the phone records of the AP? What the he%% is he thinking.. The AP is Media.. He really skunked the duck on that one..

When a person lies all the time his lies will eventually catch up with him.. Obama lies are catching up with him Its about time!!!

WMDs???...In December 2007, a member of Iraq's Anti-Corruption board is reported to have said there were five million orphans in Iraq – almost half of the country's children.[91][92] In March 2012, the Baghdad Provincial Council estimated, "the overall number of orphans across Iraq to be no more than 400,000," while a UN report from 2008 estimated the number to be around 870,000.[93] A large-scale survey of Iraqi households by UNICEF, published in 2012, found that between 800,000 and a million Iraqi children under 18 – or about five percent of Iraqi children – have lost one or both of their parents

The Limpman routinely calls the AP "state controlled media", now he has only respect for them...We are talking about national security, or does that take a back seat to attacking Obama? I have to ask? Everything takes a back seat to attacking Obama.

OK, to make the libs happy, I'd say this poll is slanted just a bit.

:-)

I'm not one that thinks everything that Pres. Bush or Pres. Obama have done has been 100% correct all the time.

So if allegations against either can be proven, let's make the case and get it taken care of.

Talk is cheap. If somebody has the goods, let's roll.

I really can't believe this question. Well I guess I can since it is the Minot Daily Republican. I just wish the paper would be middle of the road instead instead of so blantly republican slanted. I just wish there was another newspaper in this city. No such luck.

Another opportunity to trash Obama, which is all there is left to do and what is left of the Obama Administration is now trash.

Why does Obama hate our freedoms so much?

It's a Bill of Rights witch hunt.

Somehow, Freedom of Speech seems to be under assault here and now. Obama's brown shirts descend upon the AP.

First they came for the second amendment, but I didn't have any guns, so I didn't speak up to save the right to bear arms.

Then they came for the first amendment, but I wasn't a journalist under surveillance by the Obama Administration, so I didn't speak up.

Obama has lost any hope of favorable rapport with the press anymore. The hate for Obama has begun.

Just wait until it is full-fledged.

You just don't drone people and get away with murder. The blowback is yet to come.

Thou shalt not covet anything that is thy neighbors.

Veritas, you must not know what "understatement" is all about.

For example, when you go on and on about how unfair things are in Republican-dominant ND (the eyes of Cyclops thing), you are NOT engaging in understatement.

Or rather, what they plan to do to me, being the conservative I am.

Boy the left wing loonies are on a roll today. I guess they can't stand some of the truth finally coming out, so of course they fall back on their same old, tired rant of Bush did it! Come on guys its a reasonable question, given the info that has come out the past few days. And it is about time someone shows this low life for who he really is. This guy has killed people, lied, threatened, cheated, and cohursted people all over the world to promote his agenda, meanwhile living like some sort of god on the tax payers dollar, he is disgusting and the truth is finally coming out (I hope) and you guys show that even you know it, by your crazy multiple comments today!!

Obama is a politician and politicians have a license for corruption, so it's legal.

Nixon was drunk all of the time while demanding Hanoi be nuked. His mind was addled from spirits and he walked the halls of the White House talking to the portraits of the foundering fathers. Drunk as a skunk.

Republicans were just as stupid back then as they are now. All that has been added to their stupidity is the outrage. The pot calling the kettle black.

Last I remember, Nixon was elected by the people. Hunter Thompson couldn't believe Nixon wasn't in jail. He knew is was all totally corrupt back then too.

Johnson was just as corrupt. Fly those grunts to Vietnam and have them fight! Country Joe McDonald even wrote a song about it all.

Obama joined the Warmongers of America Club. Big deal.

If it's government, it's corrupt.

animal, I agree that the lefty apologists are out in full force today defending the President, as if nobody should question what he or his associates might have done.

If there's truth to the allegations, let's have it out in the open--that's another way of saying "transparent," y'know.

After reading Public Policy Polling's "About Us" section on their website, I'm more firmly convinced than ever that a poll can be taken and/or interpreted however the poll taker (or even customer) pleases.

Pay close attention to the "Sampling" and "Weighting" paragraphs concerning demographics.

What do I think? More of the same...
