Maybe this position should be done away with all together. Look at the money it would save.
In many countries, the administrative and educational head of the university is known as the President, Principal or Rector. In United States, the head of a university is most commonly a university president. In U.S. university systems that have more than one affiliated university or campus, the executive head of a specific campus may have the title of Chancellor and report to the overall system's President, or vice versa.
Delete one layer of managment and save money and grief. End of problem.

yesterday the senate voted to deny the money for the buy-out. Today Kresbach asked for the bill to return for another vote and they voted to allow the money IN CASE the board wants him to go. Until there is proof that he has done more than use rude tactics toward the presidents, I vote he stays.

Not all 4 year or better degrees quarantee great wages. Ex. School of Mines in Aberdeen grads start with wages better than the grads from Harvard. There may be some real serious alligations against the Chancellor, however the best I have heard is that he needs to change his rude tactics towards the Presidents. That to me, does not equate a $800,000 buy out. IF there are REAL legal problems, more than 'he stepped on my toes' those charges need to be made so he can defend himself, and the public can become informed with facts.

These students were brain washed because it's all about the money and losing the support. But whatever they don't like it, but an outsider is what is needed to improve education in North Dakota or week education because outside of North Dakota, a person needs a BBA, MBA and so forth to even compete for a job, and here in North Dakota.....my goodness we live in a bubble and need to start hiring people based on education and teach our children that if they work hard and go to college they can get hired for awesome wages..;....

These over paid arrogant idiots, are disgusting! They get paid big salaries for doing nothing. They hire 20 assistants to do their jobs, so they don't have to work. Then all they have to do is play politics and spend money, and make up new policies to create their own little kingdom and cover their butts!! Remind you of anything or anyone?

You get what you pay for and apparently 350 K doesn’t buy much these days. Why not double the salary and we’ll get more...not.

After Hamid is gone, the system will be overhauled again.
Probably should have never been hired, but the board of elementary education hired him. They are the kids who are at fault.
