It's a proven fact that Education promotes tolerance which in turn reduces violence & bias's. Therfore reducing prejudicial views which can promote hatred. But, Education policies should be made at the state level.
Appears that all the "poor" parents need to send their kids to H4C's Child Care Center for Conservative Programing. This will insure the parent will work and be independent of Govt. since his services would be as free as his speech is.

It's also called taking away the play station and the video games. Teach the kids to be creative verses destructive. Also it's called having parents involed with the kids and not just let them just run wild. It all comes back to having a loving home raise kids that grow up and become our future leaders.
