1.5 million dollars to spend on a horse race where the winner really doesn't win, Wall Street does, is what is happening.

The price is obscene for a job that pays 167K.

If Heidi and Rick were thinking, they would donate the campaign funds to the Minot Flood Recovery efforts. Maybe donate all of it to Williston to help with their growing pains.

They can do handshakes in all of the towns across the state and get to know who pays their way instead of chumming with Warshington insiders and making everything worse.

You know they will have little impact on the fiscal health of the US gov, so donating directly to North Dakotans instead of some PAC will win more hearts and minds.

They both need to get a clue. Right now, they're both in the way.

Our entire political process, based as it is upon dollars raised by candidates, is soiled, stained, tainted, and rotten. As an American, I am embarrassed by the way our electoral system operates. As a North Dakotan, I am disgusted that we have been duped into selecting individuals to represent us (Hoeven, Berg) that do not share the ideals and values of the majority of us North Dakotans.

Choose truth, or choose to be duped.
