A 45-year-old Minot woman was arrested on felony drug charges Saturday night.
According to a Minot Police Department press release, Angelita Waller was sitting in her car in the Kum & Go parking lot at about 7:07 p.m. and appeared intoxicated. Police investigated and arrested Waller for actual physical control and refusal to take a chemical test, both class B misdemeanors.
When police searched Waller, they discovered methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia, according to the police press release. Waller was also placed under arrest for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), both class C felonies. Waller is being held in the Ward County Jail.
