NEW TOWN Arthur Paulson III (Spotted Tail-neetAhkarani), 63, New Town, died Monday, June 30, 2014, in a Fargo veterans hospital.
He was born Sept. 29, 1950, in San Francisco and raised by Joseph and Mamie Packineau, his grandparents. He served in the Army from April 3, 1970, to 1973.
Survivors: daughters, Winona Good Left and Heather Belgarde; son, Sheldon; three grandchildren; sisters, Ali Norrbom, Santa Cruz, Calif., Susan Paulson, Renita Howling Wolf and Sonja Berget, all New Town, Marmie Hamamoto, Tucson, Ariz., Jolene Begay, Albuquerque, N.M., Caroline Rhodes, Pendleton, Ore., Marilyn Howling Wolf, Sedro Woolley, Wash.; brothers, Mike Howling Wolf, Anacortes, Wash., and Carroll Howling Wolf, New Town.
Funeral: Friday, 10 a.m., New Town Civic Center, New Town.
Burial: Immaculate Conception Cemetery, rural White Shield.
Wake: Today, 5 p.m., in the civic center.
