DCB recognizes faculty and staff at luncheon

Dakota College at Bottineau held its annual faculty and staff recognition luncheon on Friday, May 9. Honored at the event were faculty, staff and administrators who served DCB students and colleagues faithfully for many years and are completing successful careers at the institution. David Fuller, the president of Minot State University and Dakota College at Bottineau, is retiring after 10 years as the CEO and president of both institutions. Rueben Mayer has worked as an agriculture instructor and as the farm and ranch management program's Bottineau area coordinator for 25 years. Judy Higgins worked as an accountant in the college's business office for 31 years. Higgins has been a key player in the implementation of the university system's PeopleSoft software program.
