Bonita R. Kluck, 58, Minot, formerly of Denver, passed away Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, in her home in Minot.

Bonita Renee Kasper was born Oct. 29, 1955, the daughter of Joseph A. and Evelyn A. (Field) Kasper, in Minot. She was raised and educated in Minot, graduating from Minot High School in 1972. She then attended Minot State College for a time before transferring to North Dakota State University in Fargo, where she graduated with a degree in marketing and management.

Bonita married Clive Kluck May 25, 1979, in Minot. They made their home in Minot, where she managed the Town & Country Shopping Center and Dakota Square. In 1988, they moved to Denver with their two young sons, Cody and Callahan. In the Denver area, she managed North Valley Mall and Lakeside Mall. After returning to Minot, Bonnie worked at JC Penney and the Trinity Gift Shop.

Bonnie loved her crafts and "digging in the dirt." She was very creative and could produce almost anything. She loved flowers and harvesting the garden in the fall.

Surviving family includes: sons, Cody Kluck and Callahan Kluck, both of Northglenn, Colo.; mother, Evelyn Kasper, Minot; sister, Bev Elberg, Minot; nieces, Dena Houmann, Minot, Denae Bossert, Velva; former husband, Clive Kluck, of Denver.

Bonita was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Kasper; and very special friend, Curtis Kerchenko, in July 2013.

Cremation has taken place.

Memorial service: Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, at 1 p.m., at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home Chapel, Minot.

Visitation: There will be no reviewal, but friends may sign the register book on Wednesday, one hour prior to the service, at the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
