Raymond R. "Ray" Kalamaha, 80, Minot, formerly of Max, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Evelyn; daughters, Kimberly Lochner, Montrose, Minn., Kaleta (William "Bill") Johnson, and their children, Cotana, Kyatt, Keton and Canyon, Lakewood, Colo.; sons, Kevin (Karen Wolf) Kalamaha and their children, Kadra and Kody, Bismarck, Kendal (Manya Gustafson) Kalamaha and their children, Kastle and Kwynn, Waverly, Minn., Kyle Kalamaha, Livingston, Minn., Kipton (Nichole DeMars) Kalamaha, Deadwood, S.D., Kory Kalamaha and his son, Julian, Delano, Minn.; brother, Surgay (Janice Erickson) Kalamaha, of Max; nephew, Surgay Jr. "Pedro," of Max; and niece, Sebrina "Sebby" (Reggie) Keil and her daughter, Sadee Rae, of Prairie City, S.D.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Max and Lucille (Osadchy) Kalamaha.
Funeral service: Wednesday, Sept. 25, at 11 a.m. in Faith United Methodist Church, Minot, located at 5900 U.S. Hwy. 83 North, across from Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Minot.
Visitation: Today, Sept. 24, from 3 to 7 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
