Baelee Reiter, 23, Minot, was struck while crossing East Burdick Expressway at a crosswalk in the 2400-block of East Burdick Expressway near the State Fair Monday night at around 10:20 p.m., according to the Minot Police Department.
She was taken to Trinity Hospital after suffering from "multiple injuries sustained during the collision," according to police. Her current medical status is unknown.
Timothy Mock, 23, Burlington, was arrested by police that night for allegedly being the one to strike Reiter while driving impaired along the Expressway.
Mock was charged with Class C felony-level driving under the influence and cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
