BISMARCK (AP) - The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating three workplace deaths in western North Dakota.
OSHA Area Director Eric Brooks tells The Bismarck Tribune that the Mountrail County Sheriff's Department reported two workers fell 200 feet from a cellphone tower. In a separate incident, Watford City police reported a death allegedly related to workplace chemicals at Power Fuels.
Power Fuels attorney Alicia Brenna says the worker died in his home and that the investigation is ongoing.
Authorities have not released the names of the people who died.
