Tioga's Brady Thompson became the fourth North Dakota recruit to sign with the Williston State College men's basketball team this spring, WSC coach Eric Peterson announced Saturday.
The 6-foot-1 guard averaged 18.4 points and 4.6 rebounds per game during his senior season, leading the Pirates to a runner-up finish in the Region 8 tournament.
"We are very pleased to have Brady in our recruiting class," Peterson said in a press release. "We are sticking to the plan by recruiting the best local talent first, and then reaching out of state to fill our roster. Brady will be a great fit with what we are trying to accomplish here at Williston State."
Thompson was named to the all-region tournament team this season and was an all-district and all-district tournament selection in his junior and senior seasons.
WSC has already signed Minot High's Kyle Gerding, Glenburn's Houston Lavachek and Garrison's Mykle Rud.
