The driver of this pickup-truck was forced Tuesday morning to jack-knife the vehicle and its trailer to prevent from sliding further down the hill on 33rd Street Southwest in Minot while enroute to the nearby landfill. The hill was icy and had not been sanded. A tow-truck pulled the truck up the hill.
