BISMARCK - The N.D. Department of Human Services' Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Council is sponsoring a community meeting in Dickinson on Tuesday, March 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. (MST) in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at City Hall, 99 Second St. E. The public is invited to share comments and insight into vocational rehabilitation employment services for people with disabilities.

"Every year we host community meetings to hear directly from stakeholders, providers, and others interested in vocational rehabilitation needs in the state," said Russ Cusack, director of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. "The feedback we collect helps shape our division's state plan, which outlines program priorities for the upcoming year."

Individuals who need accommodations, including auxiliary aids or other services to participate in the meeting, should contact Kari Shea at 227-7600, 888-227-7600, or ND Relay TTY 800-366-6888.

Written comments will also be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, April 5. They can be sent to Amber Stiefel, N.D. Department of Human Services' Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, 1237 W. Divide Ave., Suite 1B, Bismarck, ND 58501 or astiefel@nd.gov.
