GRAND FORKS (AP) - Three North Dakota men have pleaded guilty to selling methamphetamine.
Fulton Merrick Jr., Garrick Mini and Rayone Sherman are each charged in federal court with distribution of a controlled substance.
Authorities say all the incidents occurred between May and August of 2011 on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
Sentencing for the three men has not been scheduled.
