DATE SET FOR LADIES LENTEN BREAKFAST IN BOWBELLS A ladies Lenten breakfast will be held Feb. 16 at 9:30 a.m. in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Bowbells.
Reservations are requested by Feb. 14 by calling 377-2992 or 377-2656. There will be no charge for the breakfast.
BUFFALO DINNER TO BE HELD IN MINOT CHURCH The annual buffalo dinner will be held Feb. 17 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Bread of Life Lutheran Church, 1415-17th Ave. SW, Minot.
Tickets are $13.50 for adults and $6.25 for children ages 6 to 12. There will be no charge for children age 5 and under. The maximum cost per family (two adults and their children) will be $30.
CHRISTIAN WOMEN'S CLUB TO MEET TUESDAY Minot Christian Women's Club will meet Feb. 12 from 12:15 to 2 p.m. in the Grand International Inn, Minot. The cost is $10, inclusive.
The Valentine's Day-themed program will include a demonstration by Sylvia Rau, of Minot, on having a proper English tea party and a speaker, Jan Brackett of Bismarck, who will address "The Best Valentine Ever!" Payton Howard, age 10, will perform some musical selections.
