FESSENDEN Barbara Kieper, 80, Fessenden, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, in a Harvey nursing home.
She was born Feb. 4, 1932, to William and Elsie Kieper, northeast of Fessenden.
Survivors: sister, Suzanne Edinger, Fridley, Minn.; brother, William, Rush City, Minn.
Visitation: Wednesday, 2 to 6 p.m., at the Nelson Funeral Home in Fessenden.
A memorial service will be later this year.
