Minot Planning Commission
When: Monday at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW.
Agenda: Arista Development is requesting a zone change for a southeast housing project to include Minot Country Club. Hope Village is requesting an extension of its special use permit to continue to house volunteers. Church of St. John the Apostle is requesting rezoning for single-family housing near its building in northwest Minot. The commission also will consider a request for commercial and manufactured home zoning on southeast property, an apartment building in northwest Minot, a 93-lot subdivision in Northern Lights Addition in northwest Minot, five townhomes along 16th Street Northwest and zoning for a future residential housing development southeast of Minot. The commission will hold a public hearing to discuss amending the zoning code affecting residential, commercial and industrial districts.
