Agenda: The committee will consider bids on equipment and pedestrian bridge repair. Members will consider a bus advertising contract, a $2 fee on monthly water bills for new meter units, repealing the city's smoking ordinance due to a state ordinance and guidelines for allowing temporary housing units on private properties after June. Engineers will present information on an assessment of a scaled-back flood protection plan.

Agenda: The committee will consider authorizations for new gaming sites for the N.D. Chapter of Delta Waterfowl, American Foundation for Wildlife and Rehab Services.
