The U.S. Postal Service will conduct a series of public listening sessions in Watford City, Williston and Tioga this week.
As part of a plan to effectively manage growth and improve customer service in western North Dakota and eastern Montana, Roy Reynolds, Dakotas District Manager for the Postal Service, will take concerns and suggestions from area residents and share information about plans to improve delivery and retail services.
The sessions are scheduled for Watford City, Tuesday, 7 p.m. in the Civic Center; Williston, Wednesday, 6 p.m. in the City Hall Chamber Room; Tioga, Thursday, 2 p.m. in the City Hall Commission Room.
"We are committed to getting our service back to a level our customers expect and deserve," Reynolds said. "Listening to our customers is an important step as we work to match our resources with their needs."
Reynolds is a 24-year postal veteran with extensive management experience in customer service and mail-processing operations. As Dakotas district manager, he is responsible for operations at more than 1,000 post offices serving more than 2.7 million people and 1.3 million addresses throughout the Dakotas, Montana and northwest Minnesota.
