DATE, LOCATION SET FOR GROWING IN FAITH TO SERVE PROGRAM The next Western ND Synod Growing in Faith to Serve program will be Jan. 19 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, in Bismarck.

The topic will be "Life as Passage: Reframing Life Through Worship."

Dirk Lange, associate professor of worship at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minn., will lead the sessions. He is a former congregational leader and brother of Taize'. He served as editor of and contributor to "Ordo: Bath, Word, Prayer, Table" (OSL, 2006). He has been involved with the Renewing Worship project of the ELCA.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with sessions beginning at 9 a.m. The event will conclude by 3:30 p.m.

Registration, $10 including lunch, is requested by Jan. 14. Checks may be mailed to WND GIFTS, in care of Sherie Heine, 2002 Lakeside St., Minot, ND 58703.

DIVORCECARE SESSIONS TO BEGIN ON MONDAY DivorceCare Support Group sessions will begin Monday at 7 p.m. in West Minot Church of God, 1105-16th St. NW. People should use the west entrance. There are 13 weeks to the seminar.
