January 2, 2013
Minot Daily News

BISMARCK (AP) - Authorities continue to investigate the cause of a fire that caused the partial evacuation of a Bismarck hotel.

The Bismarck Tribune reports that the fire started in a storage room at the Best Western Ramkota hotel on Saturday evening.

Bismarck Fire Department officials say chairs stored in the room were burning. They say the fire was quickly extinguished, but it took an hour and a half to clear smoke from the rest of the building.

No one was injured in the blaze.
