MCCLUSKY - Frank Laturnus, 89, McClusky, formerly of the Rolla and Cando area, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, in a McClusky nursing home.
He was born March 4, 1923, to Sylvester and Gunda Laturnus, in Scott, Sask. He married Alice Turcotte on Sept. 29, 1947, in St. John.
Survivors: wife; son, Charles, Roseville, Calif.; daughters, Theresa Jorgenson, McClusky, Helen Berg, Langdon; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ann Schiele, Devils Lake, Betty Schiele, Fargo; brothers, Martin and Wendell, both Minneapolis, Edward and Peter, both Munich,
Funeral: Thursday, 10:30 a.m., Holy Family Catholic Church, McClusky.
Burial: In the spring in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Cando.
Visitation and prayer service: Visitation today, 3 to 5 p.m., prayer service today, 5 p.m., both in Hertz Funeral Home, McClusky.
