Collision clean up

A Minot fireman helps with clean up following a collision between the car pictured here and a truck owned by Circle Sanitation of Minot. The accident occurred about 8:45 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Burdick Expressway and 27th Street, just east of the State Fairgrounds.
The car was eastbound on Burdick. The sanitation truck was westbound and making a left-hand turn when the accident occurred. A woman driving the car and her 4-year-old daughter were transported to Trinity Hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the sanitation truck was not injured. No citations were issued.
