Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will discuss whether to request that FEMA adopt an advisory base flood elevation of 9,600 cubic feet per second of river flow for flood plain purposes. The council will hold a public hearing on whether to issue a revenue bond, with proceeds and liability for payment going to a company that wishes to create facilities for solid waste disposal and other functions in connection with a proppant production facility in the industrial park. The council will act on a gaming site extension request, a parking management agreement between the airport and Republic Parking System and bids on constructing a new snow equipment building at the airport.
