Michael E. Greene, 67, Minot, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, in a Minot hospital.

Michael Edward Greene was born on Sept. 3, 1945, in Dayton, Ohio. He was raised and educated in Dayton, where he graduated from high school.

Michael enlisted into the United States Air Force on Aug. 30, 1965. Michael was united in marriage to Kathleen Lindbo on Nov. 29, 1968, in Minot. They made their home in several locations throughout the world during his 21 years of service. He retired on Aug. 31, 1985. Kathleen died Dec. 6, 2012, after 44 years of marriage.

Following his retirement, Michael worked at Continental Metals and in later years for Ole Olson Towing Company.

He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Low Rider, fishing, camping, drag racing and spending time with his children, grandchildren and dogs.

Michael is survived by: sons, Dan Greene and Karry Greene, both Minot; daughter, Kimberly (Charlie) Skaggs, Ore City, Texas; five grandchildren, Danielle, Courtney, Zach, Dillon and Amber; one great-granddaughter, Chloe; sister, Carol Randall, of Ohio; stepfather, Emmett (Terri) Todd, Baltimore; two brother-in-laws, Lynn (Eileen) Lindbo, Newburg, and Richard Lindbo, Rice Lake; one sister-in-law, Karen (Jerome) Finkbeiner, of Max. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Michael was preceded in death by: his wife, Kathleen; his parents; and a sister, Debra Edwards.

Memorial service: Tuesday, Dec. 18, at 2 p.m. at Bread of Life Lutheran Church, Minot.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.

Visitation: There will be no reviewal; however, friends may sign a guest book one hour prior to the service at the church.
