CROSBY John L. Baker, 89, Noonan, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, in a Crosby hospital.
He was born April 25, 1923, to John U. and Rosa Baker, in Blooming Valley Township, Divide County. He married Christine Usher Sept. 20, 1943, in Plentywood, Mont.
Survivors: sons, Gary, Grand Forks, Dean, Harlem, Mont.; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Perry; sisters, Pearl Bjorgen, Ginger Skoog, Lois Kachmarzinski.
Funeral: Saturday, 11 a.m., Assembly of God Church, Crosby.
Burial: Assembly of God Cemetery, Noonan.
Visitation: Today, 3 to 7 p.m., in Stakston-Martin Funeral Home, Crosby.
