HAZEN Wendy McLellan, 34, Vancouver, Wash., formerly of Hazen, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, in Vancouver.
She was born July 19, 1978, to Dianne and Dallas Wolf, in Mandan.
Survivors: husband, Matt McLellan; daughters, Emma McLellan, Vancouver, Jordan Helbing, Bismarck; son, Jacob Helbing, Bismarck; parents, Dianne Wolf, Beulah, and Dallas Wolf, of Opal, Wyo.; sisters, Stacey Stanfill, Glendive, Mont., Jennifer Wolf and Susan Wolf, both Fargo, Jacqueline Broberg, Eldridge, Iowa, and Amanda Wolf, Beulah; brothers, Clint, San Diego, Dustin, Camus, Wash., Danny, Beulah.
Memorial service: Friday, 10 a.m. CST, St. Martin's Catholic Church, Hazen.
Wake service: Thursday, 7 p.m. CST, in the church.
