TOKIO - Rita Smith-Volk, 55, Tokio, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, in a Lakota nursing home.
She was born June 6, 1957, to Simon and Sarah Smith.
Survivors: daughters, Rebekah Volk, Sarah Volk and Samantha Volk; sons, Damion Volk and James Volk Jr.; three grandchildren; brothers, Calvin Smith and David Smith; sisters, Josephine Smith and Cynthia Hunt.
Funeral: Today, 10:30 a.m., Woodlake Wellness Center, Tokio.
Burial: St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery, St. Michael.
