RIVERDALE Erwin "Percy" Bruestle, 87, Riverdale, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, in a Bismarck hospital.
He was born Sept. 15, 1925, to Hallet and Annie Bruestle, near Erhard, Minn. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1943. He married Gloria Boots on Oct. 27, 1951.
Survivors: daughters, Wanda Schlichenmayer, of Mercer, and Pam Hennes, Grand Forks; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
