ROSEBURG, Ore. Twila Mergel Bachmier, 74, Roseburg, Ore., formerly of Anamoose, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, in her home.
She was born Oct. 3, 1938, to Defon and Kaia Mergel, in the Anamoose area. She married Conrad Bachmier on Feb. 4, 1957, north of Drake.
Survivors: husband; sons, Daniel, Harold and Glen, all Roseburg; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Lloyd, Minot, Alan, Roseburg; sisters, Margaret Budeau, Gwinner, Ramona Weninger, Arcola, Sask., Carol L. Olson, Minot, Alice Alme, St. Paul, Minn., Vicky Crisman, Velva.
Memorial service: Saturday, 2 p.m., in Roseburg.
