Agenda: The commission has received requests for housing developments that include a residential subdivision, two commercial lots and a 24-unit multi-family structure, all in northwest Minot; a subdivision and rezoning for future industrial development in northeast Minot; an office building and zoning for future commercial development, both in southwest Minot; and a subdivision for future industrial development in southeast Minot; The commission will consider a special use permit for oil-related equipment sales and rental in a commercial area.
