CARRINGTON Alvina Svercl, 72, Carrington, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, in a New Rockford nursing home.
She was born Oct. 7, 1940, to Olaf and Alma Nelson, at Brocket. She married William Svercl on June 9, 1963, in Brocket.
Survivors: husband; daughters, Darlene Krapp, of Buchanan, and Linda Fulcher, Kerrville, Texas; son, Kenneth, Cornville, Ariz.; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Funeral: Monday, 10:30 a.m., Trinity Lutheran Church, Carrington.
Burial: Carrington Cemetery, Carrington.
Visitation: Sunday, 1 to 8 p.m., Evans Funeral Home, Carrington.
