Geraldine Sande, 90, Dickinson, formerly of Minot, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, in her home.
She was born Oct. 2, 1922, to James and Irene Stearns, in Minot. She married Robert Sande on Nov. 8, 1940, in Crookston, Minn.
Survivors: sons, Philip, Dickinson, Frederick, St. Paul, Minn.; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Abiding by her wishes, her body was gifted to the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, for anatomical studies.
Memorial gathering: Saturday, 6 to 8 p.m., in Geraldine's home, 694 Palm Beach Road, Dickinson.
