RUGBY - Joseph Binfet, 73, Rugby, formerly of Esmond, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, in a Rugby hospital.
He was born March 19, 1939, to Michael and Regina Binfet, in Orrin. He served in the Army from 1957 to 1959. He married Paula Totora on Aug. 20, 1960, in Compton, Calif.
Survivors: wife; daughters, Patty Fanter, Rapid City, S.D., Rena Hutchinson, Lafayette, Colo., and Nina Bachman, Minot; son, Joseph, of Graham, Wash.; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; mother, of Rugby; brothers, Jerome, Mesa, Ariz., Albert, of Elgin, Ruddy and Clyde, both Devils Lake, Michael, Denver, Mark, Overland Park, Kan.; sisters, Gloria Kleinhans, Ithaca, Mich., Alice Streifel, Williston, and Shirley Volk, Devils Lake.

Burial: Little Flower Catholic Cemetery, Rugby.
Rosary service: Thursday, 7 p.m., Niewoehner Funeral Home, Rugby.
Visitation: Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m., and Friday, 8 to 10:30 a.m., in the funeral home. There will be no reviewal in the church.
