Gaylord Hill, 77, Spokane, Wash., formerly of Minot, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, in Spokane.
He was born Sept. 12, 1934, to Otto and Myrtle Hill, in Minot. He married Elizabeth Mayer on March 16, 1956, in Spangdahlem, Germany. He served in the Oregon National Guard in 1953 and then in the Air Force, from 1953 to 1974.
Survivors: daughter, Wendy Hill, Spokane; son, Steven, Spokane; sisters, Louetta Booker, Thanna Arant and Connie Jacobs; brothers, James and David.
