BALTA - Gerald Muffenbier, 66, Crete, Neb., and Balta, died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, near Esmond.
He was born Sept. 4, 1946, to Mike and Johanna Muffenbier, in Rugby.
Survivors: brothers, Wesley and Larry, both Balta, Dennis, Rugby, Rod, Cottage Grove, Minn.; sister, Mary Lou Bahnsen, West Fargo; stepdaughters, Stephanie and Shanna.
Memorial service: Saturday, 11 a.m., Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Balta.
Burial: Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Balta.
Visitation: There will be no reviewal but friends may sign a memorial register Saturday, one hour prior to the service, in the church.
