DICKINSON Don Beckert, 71, Dickinson, formerly of Killdeer, died, Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, in his home. He worked in the Kenmare and Tioga areas for many years.
He was born Sept. 3, 1941, to August and Alice Beckert, in New London, Wis., and grew up there and in the Killdeer area. He married Carol Selle July 6, 1959, in Dickinson. He served in the Army from Oct. 8, 1959. to Feb. 2, 1962.
Survivors: wife, Carol; sons, Brad, Westminster, Colo., Allan, Bismarck; two grandchildren; brother, Duane, Jamestown; sister, Georgette Beckert, Killdeer.
