Agenda: The committee will consider whether to renew the two-year tax exemption on new home construction. Also on the agenda is proposed special assessment districts to reconstruct portions of 36th Avenue Northeast and 30th Avenue Northwest, a request for engineering proposals for a comprehensive storm water management study and assessments to property owners for home demolitions.

Agenda: Baker Hughes Oilfield Services is requesting a special use permit to store chemicals in north Minot. The commission also will consider requests for above-ground fuel tanks and cell tower structures, all in southeast Minot.
