PARSHALL Dennis Howling Wolf (Red Warrior Eagle), 64, Parshall, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, in a Bismarck hospital.
He was born Jan. 21, 1948, to Daniel and Mabel Howling Wolf, in Elbowoods. He entered the Army on Oct. 20, 1967, and served in Germany during the Vietnam War until his discharge Oct. 01, 1969. He married Mina Crows Breast.
Survivors: wife; sons, Duane, Parshall, Merle, Bismarck, Dennis Jr., Twin Buttes; daughters, Denise Howling Wolf, Parshall, Mary Ellen Sun, New Town; stepson, Travis Morsette, Parshall; stepdaughters, Fara and Cami Morsette, both Parshall; 12 grandchildren; 13 stepgrandchildren; one stepgreat-grandson; brother, Rodney, New Town; sisters, Diana Poitra, White Shield, Clarice Howling Wolf, San Francisco.
