Several walls for the new MarketPlace Foods on North Hill at 16th Street and 21st Avenue Northwest are already up Friday afternoon. Construction is scheduled to finish around the end of June 2013, and the complex is planned to have a grocery store, along with liquor and dollar stores and a gas station. The property also would include a 120-unit apartment constructed over commercial space for 22 retail or office tenants.
