When I go for a walk in my neighborhood I find it depressing that the vast majority of property owners do not maintain their property.
I think the city could also do a better job as well as the business community. The city of Minot is becoming a city of weeds.
I am a lifelong resident and have always liked my hometown. I am disappointed that the property owners do not do better.
